Harry Potter stays at the home of his uncle and aunt, the Dufleys. He's not happy and they don't celebrate his birthday. One day, when Harry has to go into his room because his uncle has guests, a house elf called Dobby appears. Dobby tells Harry Potter not to return to Hogwarts, the wizarding school Harry attends to learn to become a wizard. Harry finds out that Dobby has all the letters that Harry's friends sent him, so he says he will go back. Dobby leaves Harry's room and goes into the kitchen. Harry follows him and just has time to see a pudding fly towards the guests. Then he falls to the floor. When an owl arrives with a letter for Harry, the guests flee. The Dufleys are very angry with Harry and lock him in his room with bars in front of the window. At night, Harry hears a strange noise and sees his friend Ron Weasely in a car flying past his window. His brothers are also in the car and jump into Harry's room. They open the door and take Harry's bags. And they put everything in the car and fly away. Harry will be able to spend the rest of the holidays with the Weasley family. When the holidays are almost over, they have to go to Diagon Ally to buy some books. There they meet a writer called Gilderoy Lockheart. He wants to go on the photo with Harry. When school starts again, Ron and Harry have to go to Staircase 9 1/3 but when they tried to enter it, they couldn't get in. The train is about to leave, so they decide to take the flying car. They follow the train to Hogwarts, but crash into a tree. The next day, Ron receives a screaming letter from his mother in which she says she is very angry. They find him and talk to him. But he is not the heir of Slytherin. When they return, they see that Hermione has transformed into a cat. They take her to the infirmary. Harry and Ron see that it is a diary. But the pages are blank. After a while, a dwarf spilled ink on Harry's bag and everything is covered in ink except the diary. Harry thinks it's very strange, so he writes something about it. “My name is Harry Potter.” And suddenly the book begins to respond. He tells Harry about the opening of the Chamber of Secrets 50 years ago. The book says that Hagrid did it then.
