Principle 1 Being an effective leader is a leader must have an extroverted personality. A person with an extroverted personality can easily compare friends to the introverted personality. Most extroverted people are more active in team settings and always contact other people first. They always have a very optimistic demeanor and personality. Additionally, extroverted people have more self-confidence. So changing universities or moving to a new place will never be a problem for extroverted people. They… middle of paper… develop an extroverted personality, a leader should develop social skills. They should always start a conversation strangely and be confident when speaking. The more you do, the more comfortable you become. To become an extrovert, they should always try new things, always hang out with different types of people such as different ages, cultures, behaviors and more. You can observe a lot from them. Secondly, a leader should learn how to make a good decision. It is better to make a good decision than a quick decision. There are some issues that should be considered to avoid making a wrong decision. Before the decision is made, they should collect information and data and identify relevant sources. Secondly, compare each decision and also measure the profitability levels and losses that the organization may suffer.
