It takes a knowledge base and an innovative mind to succeed in a competitive society. The preparation for success begins in early education programs where students learn discipline, structure and organization in a safe learning environment. A teacher's positive relationship, high expectations, and trust in students allow students to learn in an environment conducive to learning. Various student activities and instructional methods organized to allow students to engage allow for individuality, growth, and a quality education. School administrators play an important role in their community. Their professional behavior must be respected and their leadership must be accepted by those they serve. They follow the National Association of Elementary School Principals and National Association of Secondary School Principals (NAESP/NASSP) code of ethical conduct. This code of ethics helps assist the profession in protecting those who deserve its protection. It also helps increase administrators' confidence and awareness on behavioral issues. Fundamental ethical principles are always present to guide administrators in addressing, predicting or defining situations. The administrator serves in a public school. He/she is responsible for providing educational opportunities for all and displaying exemplary professional leadership. The motivational factor for school administrators is to do what is best for the student. This is important because students are the future of our country. Citizens faced foreclosures, stock market crashes, lost pensions, and a lack of adequate healthcare. The government was free to fleece its citizens with high gas prices and staggering debts. Citizens experience the agony of not being a real human being. Ayn Rand (1964) believed that government should serve as an instrument of objectivity in human relations. It should operate with checks and balances so that citizens can have the opportunity to pursue their individual rights to live their lives, with the right to liberty, acquire property and consistently pursue their happiness. This is what the Obama administration did. The Attorney General's Office is responsible for checks and balances in the Obama administration's administration of federal funds. These funds have helped millions of people survive and have some hope for a bright future.
