Dance has many different meanings for each person. Some people believe that dance is a cultural ritual, others believe that it is just a way to express our feelings. In my opinion, society has given a new meaning to dance. Dance should be an art, a way of expressing your thoughts through your body. Since society has different feelings about dance, conflicts have occurred on the topic. In some countries, dancing is a way to praise lords. They dress up and paint their faces to show their gratitude for those they praise. Their dance form is not practiced by the whole society. They think that dancing is jumping around and doing certain moves which all have different meanings to their overlords.
