Imagine a world under 2 feet of water and in total chaos. Then add near-biblical floods, cracks in the earth that can be seen from space, and tornadoes that could lift even the largest buildings. That's what Al Gore wants you to think. These statements are completely and utterly false. These accusations against the American people are not true and must be put to rest. The opposing side would have you believe that scientists are 90% certain that periods of extreme heat will increase around the world. They say this is causing an increased risk of fires, human death and algae blooms. This is obviously absolutely false on many different levels. These scientists claimed that the opposing party was actually paying a select group of scientists to testify for them, meaning that "90% of the scientists" were actually lying because they were being paid. The actual majority agreed against these paid scientists, but they were not included in the vote in favor of this statistic. These statistics are not as terrible as described because they will not happen. This is because CO2 emissions are nowhere near those depicted in Al Gore's video. They say warmer waters will increase the strength of tropical storms such as hurricanes and typhoons. Again, the statistics provided are created by a select group of scientists notoriously paid in a distorted way. This means that the waters will not get warmer. Waters become warmer every year due to the natural warming and cooling of the Earth's environment. This is how the earth works because of the shape and rotation of the earth around the sun. Added to this is the fact that storms forming today are the same size as always, just in new locations. This is just an e...... middle of the paper ......ticle.cfm?ContentID=5828>.Clinton, Bill.
