Multi-professional teams A multi-professional team is the composition of a number of healthcare professionals with different skills, in order to comprehensively treat a patient to optimal functioning. To understand the dynamics of a multiprofessional team, I will create a scenario and explain, using Barr's skills, the functioning of a multiprofessional team. My role in a multiprofessional team As a student, studying to become a doctor, I am required to understand the functioning of a multi-professional team and how I interact and fit into that team.
