Is true love worth risking everything for? This is the question I found myself asking when I started reading Twilight. At first some may choose not to read the books or see the movie because they think a story based on vampires and werewolves is a bit unbelievable. Twilight isn't just about fictional characters and that's what drew my attention to the series. It takes us on a journey to discover that when true love is surprisingly strong, you can overcome any battle. Since I discovered these series, Stephanie Myers, the author of Twilight, has become a real inspiration to me. When I started reading the first book in the series, I noticed how similar the two main characters were and yet so different. They are so different in fact that their love for each other is what some might call a forbidden love. Edward Cullen, considered by many to be an outcast, was fascinated by Bella Swan, the new girl at school, one vampire and one human. The way Edward was attracted to Bella by her scent was the biggest reason why their love wasn't supported by others. Yet both were willing to jeopardize everything...
