The situation was getting worse every day, especially in the mid-term weeks. I was stressed and couldn't think of anything except panic and what would happen if I failed this class or got a very low grade in that class. However, I have learned that if I want to deal with stress, I need to manage my time. When I procrastinate, the tasks I need to do become more difficult because I have less time before the deadline, which causes stress. If I can manage my time, I do each task on time, get started on the others, and give myself time before the deadline. Additionally, friends and family face stress. If I feel stressed about homework or exams, I can talk to a friend or family member about it to feel relieved in some way, and it's worked for me a couple of times. When I work with students or in a study group, it relieves stress and always makes me think positively. I don't have to go to a psychiatrist to talk to him about my stress, I can talk to my friend or my brother about it. They are not expected to solve the problem, but they just need to let me talk to them
