Some people may give up too easily when they encounter problems not because of their inability to think or make inappropriate assumptions, however, complacency occurs because they have not found immediate solutions due to the ignorance, fear, insecure or mentally lazy. A prevalent example of complacency is non-curiosity. Disabled humans' lack of questions to ask questions or search for data, the ability to solve problems, the lack of asking questions, obtaining information or searching for data leads to disabling problem solving. One of the vital reasons that keep people from asking questions is the fear of appearing naive or ignorant. Another reason is the fear of conflicts due to questioning what the majority accepts without resistance. However, solving problems creatively requires accepting the risk of making mistakes or disagreements. During our class discussion, a couple of students pointed to an example similar to what I experienced during my time working at a company that provides financial services to customers. The employees of this company receive ratings from customers after every service provided to them. The survey includes several questions to ensure that customers are satisfied with the results and that the results match their expectations and whether they have any suggestions to improve the services provided. In this way the company was able to improve and maintain its growth.
