Life is not as beautiful as everyone thinks. People are mean, crazy, hurtful and everything that could drive someone to their last resort. The human mind is full of millions of holes to think about, from what you will wear tomorrow to how you could leave the earth as quickly as possible. It can be beautiful but it could also be your worst nightmare. Is this really life? Once you realize that everything doesn't end with a happy ending and that not everyone can be their favorite princess from childhood, things get a little darker. Learning and growing seemed like the best thing ever, hanging out with your friends and learning things to impress others, but once all the easy things are known well enough, reality is all that's left. No more pretending and no more easy ways out, you're basically stuck. Growing up seemed like a fantasy and for most now it's a nightmare we'll never wake up from. Everyone makes mistakes, it's a part of life that no one can take away, but only the lucky ones with enough strength will be able to look past it in the end. But for others this is not the case. Living in regret and trying to understand why you, of all people, had to do what made you the “terrible” person you are now. Some things will stay with us forever, the pain, the noise, the thoughts, the visions, the touch of what you are now so afraid of. Why does it have to be this way for so many hopeless people? You are alone and feel like there is no way out. You have to run as far as you can to escape the pain. Maybe you'll have fun so fast and so far that you'll finally be free. Maybe if you jump as high as you can, it will stay underneath you. Maybe if you leave… middle of paper… and are a rude person all at once. She didn't do any good because she was struggling with herself, but she didn't mean to hurt anyone. Her family was the only person she had left in the big world around her and she couldn't imagine a time when she couldn't have them by her side. Things definitely got more difficult as time went on. Arguing, yelling and arguing often, but it was because of him, as he thought. Her bad mood infected everyone around her and she took all the blame without anyone knowing. Her grades got worse, her social life wasn't as important, she became her own best friend. She became best friends with herself holding a knife behind her back saying it was the right thing to do. School was hard for her and got harder by the day. She was a mess and when the school counselor got some exciting news, she was called to talk to him.
