People around the world, especially Americans, may never forget the horrific event of November 9, 2001, which was one of the largest terrorist attacks on the United States and caused numerous deaths and destruction. Before that, although Americans had to suffer numerous terrorist attacks; why hasn't the government yet managed to understand this from previous experiences before it happened and find solutions to prevent it? What were the terrorists aiming for? How did they prepare and calculate for a terrible attack like that? Furthermore, after the September 11 attack, the evolution and development of terrorism in the world has affected many people's beliefs and led to many political problems. Based on many terrorist attacks in the past, there are some significant general historical elements of terrorism including the international environment, terror, state and individual, which we all should perceive and understand to exterminate it. The international environment of terrorism is an important element in the history of terrorism because until now many terrorist attacks have occurred in many ways in many countries around the world with different purposes. The term terrorism is not a new term because terrorist attacks occurred and developed a long time ago. Furthermore, terrorism can be considered a conspiracy that could target a large population and create terror to threaten innocent citizens and the government of a country. Terrorists in some countries have attacked other places because of weapons, territory, oil, nuclear energy and many more. In reality, preventing and protecting against terrorism must never be easy because they are always waiting for the right time to carry out their evil plans. However, all countries must do their best and contribute to helping each other prevent and destroy as many of them as possible. Understanding international terrorism, state and individual terror threats could help realize the goals of terrorist organizations. With this in mind, people could also hope for a peaceful world without wars, without terrorism, and without any innocents dying because of it..
