The first analysis is why people cyberbully. The project (Delete Cyberbullying) identified two types of adolescents: one thought that bullying made them feel powerful compared to other peers and the other thought that it made them popular. The National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) also showed some other reasons for practicing online bullying, namely that cyberbullying allows bullies to avoid confronting their victims, so it made people think that they are not easily discovered by people. 81% of the total 824 teens thought bullying was funny because they didn't see the victims' reaction and didn't know how much damage they were causing.
