1.0) INTRODUCTION In accordance with the General Education Development Plan (PIPP), the Ministry of Education has established a school-specific system called ' Sistem Penilaian Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (SPBS)». This system was created to overcome the existing education system which remained exam-oriented only. The aim of this plan is to produce an outstanding school with a comprehensive set of standards equivalent to any other top school. The Ministry of Education begins to transform the education system in 2010 in order to improve the quality of pupils' academic, co-curricular and personal development. In addition to school evaluation, authentic evaluation and alternative such as evaluation of students' courses, projects, presentations, physical activity, curriculum, character, morals and even personality progress can be applied. Through this evaluation not only learning can be witnessed but human capital growth can also be supported.1.1) Context of the StudyThe purpose of this research is to study teachers' satisfaction on the implementation of 'System Pengurusan Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah' in Sekolah Kebangsaan Chenderah, Jasin, Malacca. The implementation of this system is to produce quality students and replace the previous examination-based grading system. The research objectives also strive to identify the level of mastery, the extent of support offered, and the challenges and differences in perceptions faced by school administrators. Launched in July 2011 by the Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, he had said that it is hoped that the new system will make our education more flexible and effective and at the same time able to follow... half of the paper... .. .not only to teachers but to all parties involved in the implementation of SPBS such as school administrators, Board Exam Malaysia and the Ministry of Education.
