The first reaction that came to mind was that keeping track of everything I do would be a waste of time. When I first started tracking I kept forgetting to write down the times and things I was doing and how long I was doing that activity. While I spent the first day forgetting to write down the time and activities I had done, on the second and subsequent days it became a little easier to keep track of most of what I did throughout the entire day. On weekends, keeping time became difficult for me because the whole day I would go out with my friends or not even be at home, which was difficult or I would forget about it. One of the methods I used was when When I started doing the activities, I would open my notebook and write the name of the activities, the start time and the time I finished them. Now that I have used Excel it is a more advanced program than Microsoft Word. Excel is one of the programs I have never used or even looked at. This program was hard and complicated when I first opened it and watched it. Organize your writing and make it professional to keep track of your time, schedule and working hours. The one thing I have learned about Excel is that it is not that difficult for someone to use the program and write something in it, once you understand how it works you will love Excel. Have fun! I've seen other pie charts, for example like my math class. The first time I laid eyes on these pie charts, it was one of a kind because it was a three-dimensional shape that is a whole circle but is divided into as many slices as you want, with percentages and labels. I noticed a circle with percentages and labels. I felt a pie chart of this data was more meaningful if it told me how much time I spent in a day. I've noticed that this cha... middle of paper ... often happens when I could be doing other activities besides sitting on the couch or lying in bed. I would like to change the way I spent my time during the seven days of my life. Two things I could change would be; How much TV I watch and how much homework I do. Sitting on the couch all day will make you gain weight and you will have eye problems. Doing homework is not a bad thing, having fun and being active too. Watching TV for a whole day makes you lazy, tired and you would probably be a boring person. This project was useful to me because it made me understand the things I need to change in my life. I learned how to use Excel, graphs and charts, which I was familiar with but went in depth. It made me recognize what I do for an entire day. The time budget data log was something that became part of my life and was something I always remembered once the project started.
