Many careers involving the use of CADD. There are editors who create the drawings and designs used in a project. There are many people who use them to complete projects. Civil engineers and architects are two examples of people who use blueprints to complete projects. It is a program that can open doors for you and help you earn a decent salary. CADD drafters are the people who use CADD to create drawings. They can work with many people. They will work alongside all types of engineers and architects to translate their ideas into blueprints or other types of drawings to make the project easier. A CADD drafter is defined as a professional trained to produce technical drawings, documents or plans using computer systems and software ("What does a CAD drafter do?"). The most often used software is CADD. Most CADD editors have at least an associate's degree. They learn and maintain many skills over the two or more years they spend in school. They became excellent at drawing and using computers so they could use their software such as CADD ("What does a CAD drafter do?"). They learn many drawing techniques that allow their drawings to appear more realistic and make drawing easier ("What does a CAD drafter do?"). In those two years they will have to acquire some knowledge of science and engineering so that they can relate to the people they work with ("What does a CAD designer do?"). They earn a decent salary and only go to school for two years. A designer's salary depends on how much experience he or she has in the field. It will also depend on what type of designer I am.
